Description

Our property backs onto Shoalhaven River where you can swim, fish, canoe, prospect for gold and bushwalk. The track from our farm to river is recommended for 4WD due to sand and steep slopes. It is approx. 2kms in length so makes a lovely walk or mountain bike ride. This cute bush cabin features a fire place, a queen, single & fold out bed, lounge, dining table and rudimentary outdoor toilet with solar lights. It is camping without erecting a tent. It has the facility to park a camper trailer or pitch a tent just close by for those extra friends. There is a tap with drinking water and rubbish facilities. We recently added an outdoor moon bathing/shower to bring a little luxury to your bush escape. You will need to bring you own linen (sleeping bags, pillows, towels). A single burner gas cooktop kettle and BBQ is available at the cabin with wash up basin. Crockery, cutlery and some pots and pan. Our local pub, The Nerriga Hotel, is 14kms away and they serve lunch from 12-3pm or dinner on Friday and Saturday nights 6-8pm. Our closest towns are Goulburn or Braidwood, both 60km away, so you will need to bring all of your essentials. Ice is available from Nerriga Hotel.
