RV and Camping Ground at Joe O'Connor Park is open to self contained RVS or caravans only. Amenities are not available. Ground is open ---------- Joe O'Connor Park is located behind Yass Public School with entry off Laidlaw Street, Yass. Free camping is permitted in self-contained RV's only for a maximum of 48 hours. Please take your rubbish with you. The facilities at Joe O'Connor Park include an oval, cricket pitch, seven surfaced netball courts, one bitumen basketball court, two cricket nets and a boat ramp into the Yass River. Four netball courts were resurfaced with new acrylic playing surface and LED lighting was installed in 2016.
