Description

You are now required to make a booking for all campgrounds and campsites in NSW national parks. This includes locations that were previously available for use without a booking. This is necessary to protect our visitors and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Book online or contact the National Parks Contact Centre on 1300 072 757. This location is a free campground, however a booking fee of $6 per site applies. Money collected will be used to manage campground numbers and improve your safety. Wadbilliga Road drive is a 4WD touring route that takes you through an incredible range of terrain and environments within Wadbilliga National Park. The Lake Creek Camping Area is along this route and features toilets, picnic tables and fire pits. It is accessible to tents and camper trailers. Firewood is not supplied and may not be collected from the park. You are encouraged to bring gas or fuel stoves, especially in summer during the fire season. Pets are not permitted. Check the weather before you set out as Wadbilliga Road can become impassable due to flooding rivers when it rains.
