Welcome to Mick & Norma as the caretakers at the showground. If you think you have missed them for camping fees there is still the honesty box. Ring the caretaker at the cottage before going to camp area. He will then also take any details needed for our records. There is also an EFTPOS for those who wish to use. An honesty box will also be at the gate for those late arrivals or such which you will need to put details on form or envelope with cash. There is now a new fence and gate at the entrance to Showground at Wukawa st. At times this gate will be closed. Please ring caretaker to get instructions. The showground is off the highway, entry from Wukawa st. and provides reasonable rates. Sites are suitable for tents, motorhomes, camper trailers, campervans, caravans and big buses, with powered and unpowered options available. The facility also includes toilets, hot showers and a dump point. Pets are welcome BUT must be controlled on lead at all times. Stables for horses passing through. Camping with horses in stables still $20 power ,Stables $10. Increase in camp fees as from 1st July 2022. Special rates for CMCA members. $20 for power, must show CMCA card. $15 for non power sites. Non CMCA $25 per night, weekly $125. With power Non CMCA $15 per night NO power. Weekly $75. ALL dogs must be kept on leash or tied up, no exceptions. The showground is a short walk to some sports grounds, fuel and food supplies or take away food. Enjoy your stay.
