=====
This free day use area offers toilets, nice scenery, wildlife viewing, walking tracks, cycling tracks, 4wd tracks and swimming. It is dog friendly. The picnic area is the summer nesting site for a flock of rainbow bee eater birds. The population of this species has declined by over 50% since 2001 in NSW. They nest in burrows in the ground. Please take care to protect these beautiful birds. No camping or overnight parking allowed.
