Shoalhaven Heads Native Botanic Garden
Day Use AreaDescription
Shoalhaven Heads Native Botanic Garden is a community project that is entirely the work of parkcare volunteers.
It has been developed on a 1 hectare (2.5 acre) council reserve at Shoalhaven Heads.
Our Native Botanic Garden is open during daylight hours 7 days a week and warmly welcomes visitors.
Also includes Curtis reserve.
Admission is free, but donations assist the volunteers to maintain and further develop the Garden.
Visit our Botanic Garden to enjoy and learn about Australian native plants. A large range is on display, including rare, endangered and bush tucker plants.
Enjoy the peaceful setting of the garden. Exploring it for an hour or so will be richly rewarded. There are a number of beautiful walking paths and the bird life will delight.
Bring a picnic basket and relax on the lawns. Amenities include a children's playground, wheelchair accessible electric barbecue, sheltered picnic tables, bench seating and public toilets.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.
