Walk, run or cycle around the Macquarie river on the Tracker Riley Cycleway. Named after Dubbo's famous black tracker Alexander Riley. First indigenous Australian to be promoted to Sergeant on 5 August 1941 and was awarded with the King's Police & Fire Services Medal for Distinguished Service granted 1 January 1943.
Walk the track and read first hand accounts and stories and history surrounding the dubbo region and hear accounts from Tracker Riley himself. Toilet stops and water bubblers are located around the track.
