Booligal Weir and fishway is situated near the town of Booligal in Western New South Wales at the lower end of the Lachlan River. Fishways, also known as fish ladders or fish passes, are structures placed on or around constructed barriers (such as dams or weirs) to give fish the opportunity to migrate. No camping or overnight parking.
