The museum collection features a fine exhibition of Chinese artefacts dating back to the presence on the goldfields of early Chinese diggers and traders in the 1850's. Personal items of Dr Thomas Braidwood Wilson R.N as well a items from other early settler families. There is a large display of artefacts from the gold rush including the horse drawn cart complete with bullion box and items associated with the notorious Clarke brothers.
