It is housed within the former Water Conservation and Irrigation Commission Building (WC&IC), which is a heritage-listed building, built in 1937 in Chelmsford Place.
The Museum is open Monday - Saturday, 10am - 3pm. Admission is Free to the 'Leeton Water Story' Exhibition. Travelling or pop up exhibitions may incur admission fees.
