St Johns Schoolhouse was the first combined school and school teachers residence built on the Limestone Plains circa 1845.
Constructed of locally quarried bluestone, with a shingle roof, the building consists of the schoolroom and five rooms for the school teachers residence.
The Museum is open on Wednesday: 10am 12noon
Saturday and Sunday: 2.00pm 4.00pm.
Admission is free but a gold coin donation is appreciated.
