Bettles Park is a popular 'Driver Reviver' stop on Adelaide Street just after the roundabout at the Raymond Terrace turn off on the Pacific Highway. Facilities Public amenities include: Sheltered barbeque & picnic facilities Play equipment Cycle way & footpath Recreational vehicle (RV) dump point The historic Sketchley Cottage and Pioneer Museum are across from the park. The cottage was built in 1850 by ex-convict William Sketchley and is an example of an early colonial pit-sawn split-slab farmhouse. No camping or overnight parking.
