Gypsy Willows is a brand new, luxuriously furnished 3 bedroom house in beautiful Narone Creek valley, a unique part of Wollombi and the Hunter Valley. All bedrooms have generous ensuite bathrooms. " Gypsy Willows is surrounded by its own 20 acres of farmland, yet is only a pleasant 3km walk or drive to historic Wollombi village restaurants, shops, churches and tavern. The drive to Pokolbin is approximately 30 minutes. A pretty garden affords access to the cows and horses grazing peacefully in the foreground, with views of the beautiful valley below. Kangaroos and wallabies join them on most days. Accommodation includes three large bedrooms, two queen beds and 1 king bed, which may be converted to two singles. All bedrooms have very generous en-suite bathrooms, one with bath. A large living area includes quality couches and the kitchen is fully equipped, including induction cooktop, 'Nespresso' machine and washing machine & dryer. The living areas and kitchen enjoy delightful morning sunshine and expansive views. A large verandah enhances balmy summer evenings and includes a large Weber Q BBQ. The whole house has reverse cycle air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans and the living room has a wood fire for cosy winters. Foxtel, DVD and a Bose Bluetooth speaker are included and mobile phone reception is good.
