This is a rest stop allowing you to park and stay overnight in a guest room (groundfloor). Located on the grounds of a classic, elevated, tropical Darwin house. PLS DONT EXPECT FANCY. A cozy place on a private property for you to park and rest. Central and super close to the city, just 5 min drive to Darwin CBD. Access to power, internet, toilet and hot shower separate from main house, outdoor lounge area, kitchen and FREE laundry available. Property has low fence all around. Host is usually in the property to assist. Limited availability so booking is essential. In consultation with local government, sleeping in vehicles, tents or swags around the property is not permitted. Pets not allowed. Check in from 01:00pm onwards. Check out by 11:30am. $50 per night, minimum 2 nights Accepts payment by EFTPOS (visa and mastercard). Booking by email. Email is preferred. We respond better by email. We respond Mon-Fri. Update: We now request for a deposit to ensure you turn up for your reservation. You must include: -your name & number of adults -dates & number of nights needed -your contact number & email - type of vehicle No big caravans, sorry. (Send us a photo for consideration) House Rules: 1. Respect your neighbours and the facilities. 2. No parties. 3. Quiet time : Before 8:00am and after 8:00pm on weekends and public holidays. Before 7:00am and after 8:00pm on any other day.
