10 acres 43kms from Darwin, surrounded by mango trees and lawns. Bird enthusiasts may see kookaburras, forest kingfishers, bushstone curlews, bowerbirds, coucal pheasants, red-winged parrots, magpie geese, pied butcher birds, northern Rosella, blue faced fuck, cuckoo shrike, honey-eaters and other seasonal birds. 10 minutes to Humpty Doo or Coolalinga shopping centres. While you're here watch the spectacular Territory sunsets & take a 10 minute drive to the famous Humpty Doo Hotel, one of the NTs longest continually licensed premises with great meals & Humpty Doo Golf course is a short drive away. 30 minute drive to the famous jumping crocodile cruises on the Adelaide river. Explore Litchfield national park & world heritage listed Kakadu at your leisure. It's only a short scenic 25 minute drive to Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve. You'll need a 10/15 amp converter and a 30 meter power lead as it's a large space with specific power points. Local Humpty Doo hardware is 5.6km & Bunnings is 20km at Yarrawonga. Bookings preferred. Photo ID needed when booking. No climbing the mango trees. Do not touch the bore, solenoids or play with taps. Payment expected on arrival, check the fees & calculate your stay. Don't feed the dog or throw sticks to him. Lock the gate in/out every time. General & food scraps need to be bagged and placed in the shed bin (near bathroom). No steel, van repairs or unwanted items like toys etc in our bins, you must dispose of your items yourself. Drink cans/bottles go in mainhouse carport recycle bins. No loud music. We've had campers bring Singapore ant infestations. They are very tiny & chew through car & home wiring. Please spray or treat them prior to arriving. Biosecurity is important to us. The main house, surrounding lawn & carport are out of bounds. Long term stays on discussion. Leave a review to support us.
