The homestead camping area is usually accessible in the dry season by 4wd bush-prepared vehicles and caravans. There is no need to book your camping or caravan space at Lorella. Just drive in, stop by the office for registration. The Homestead is situated on the Lorella Thermal Spring. There are many things to see and do around the homestead vicinity, or just relax in the wonderful, healing magical spring. There is a licensed bar at the campground with happy hour from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. You will discover that our communal fire pit, located not far from the bar is always burning. This is to encourage everyone to come together and gather around in the evening and share memories talking and laughing the night away. There are camp ovens available, and we always love camp oven cook offs as long as we get a taste. Has a private nudist camping area away from main camping. Nudie Camp includes big shady trees, a beautiful camping area, its own bathroom facilities, and a private part of the spring flowing past, with cascading pools and safe swimming. Pets are no longer welcome at Lorella Springs.
