Audit House - National Trust
Point of InterestDescription
Audit House was built for the Commonwealth Auditor in 1938. The residence is one of a number built for high-ranking public servants in the 1930s. Audit House is the headquarters for the National Trust in the Northern Territory and is a fine example of tropical housing, carefully designed for climate. The house and gardens are open to the public during Open Days.
