Gayndah Heritage Railway

Description
Gayndah Heritage Railway is a non-profit organisation promoting the Gayndah District Railway and the railways of Queensland.
This paid rest stop offers drinking water, is dog friendly, accessible to RVs, caravans and big rigs.
Camping in tents is strictly not permitted. You must be self contained, meaning you must have your own shower and toilet. Toilet facilities are now available to all campers.
Maximum stay is 72 hours from time of arrival. As from the 1st April, 2021 our volunteers will collect your site fee of $5 per person per night, $15 per night for a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 up to 15, extra child per night $2.50 and a free guided tour of the M Class Sunlander carriages is available daily at 8.30 am. This is a must see, very informative tour conducted by the friendly volunteers.
