Our travellers community is 15 minutes drive south of Cairns located in a residential area. Half an acre property. All flat with morning sun and afternoon shade. Nice relaxed and safe atmosphere. No flooding risk. Small inside basic kitchenette area. Dining area/work from home area. Living room with couch and tv. Washing machine available ($2/wash). Undercover washing line. Vehicle connection to power extra $5/night. Must have own cord and good condition waterproof 15A plug site. Very quiet, no fruit bat issues or flood risks. Groups are spaced apart for privacy. We live next door and use the house for work. You will also regularly see us around the garden. Good reception with both Optus and Telstra. Supermarkets nearby (Coles and IGA). Post office, good mechanic, public garden and library nearby. Kmart 5 mins away. Plenty of local pubs and small restaurants nearby. My favourites are the Mt Peter Fish and Chip shop, Song Kran Thai and Sushiboy. General electricity available in the house included. You are welcome to set up computers etc. upstairs if you work online. No dogs. No generators. No smoking inside. No parties. Please be quiet after 9pm and before 7am.
