Helenvale Farm/Van Stay is located directly next door to the historic Lions Den Hotel and all sites are within walking distance to the pub and the Little Annan River which offers a permanently flowing river all year around. There are lambs, sheep, chickens and a rooster on the farm as well as abundance of wildlife, and native animals. There are multiple campsites available including: Plenty of room for big rigs. Sunny spots for recharging your solar power and good coverage if you have your own wifi. Tree lined campsites that offer either secluded, or family sized group areas. Complete river frontage views. Other activities that you can indulge in while staying at Helenvale Farm/Van Stay include: Campfires, fishing, nature walks, bird, and wildlife watching, star gazing, or you can just relax on the riverside beaches. Helenvale Farm/Van Stay is in close distance to both Black Mountain National Park, and Cedar Bay National Park, Trevathan, Home Rule and Wujal Wujal Falls, and of course historic Cooktown or Bloomsfield.
