Description

The Camp ground is located at Wenarwee Station approx 2k in from the Highway on the banks of the Burdekin River. It's approx 50k north of Charters Towers on the Lynd Highway/Gregory Development Road. Ray and Pam will have the camp ground permanently open subject to river risers during the wet season December through to March each year. Bookings preferred by phone. Email are only checked nightly. We will cater for self contained caravans and camper trailers only as the camp sites are down on the river and will require 4WD only. You must leave no foot print. All black water is to be taken from site.
