Rubern Lagoons Koala Tourist Park ( known as Rubern Lagoons Campgrounds) is literally just 5 minutes from the CBD for shopping. We are at the very end of Gaske Lane, Chinchilla Qld just past the Showgrounds. We have 34 powered sites along the Lagoons, plus 10 Long stay powered sites & we can fit 100's in unpowered sites as we are on 300 acres . Our romantic street lighting are on timers , which go off at 10.00 pm each night & the toilets lights will shine all night ,for your convenience . Our boutique campgrounds have a 10meter deck, over the water to sit on & enjoying a beverage or two & take in the wildlife's beauty plus bird watching , maybe even a koala if you're lucky or paddle in the Lagoons with free paddle boats, canoes , row a boat /tinny or kayaks , plus a stand up paddle board, by request only ,for guests use only . Rubern Lagoons is on private land ,so you don't have just anyone driving around you, so you feel safe . Rubern Lagoons bookings , are available through Hipcamp ,or just ring straight through to Shelley 0429161343 . Rubern Lagoons is a very restful/ peaceful/tranquil & scenic spot , to rest on the Western Downs .And we now have bitumen roads in ,to with stand all your valuable accommodation on wheels . prices $30.00 powered & $25.00 unpowered. We now have 10 new long term sites . Also all fur babies are very welcome . Fire wood is of a very good quality & only $10 a bag. Please stop & ring at the large STOP sign on your left at our main gates, when you arrive,as everyone is escorted in, by Murray or Shelley Thank you & we look forward to meeting you all on your travels, through the Western Downs Please note: Hipcamp have a small service fee when booking.
