This campsite is located in the Katarapko, Lock 4 section of the Murray Rover National Park. Individual camp sites in this section are situated along the beautiful River Murray. Pack a picnic and walk or ride along the Ngak Indau Wetland Trail busy with wildlife including birds, frogs and possums, also features a bird hide. New bike/walking trails have just been developed closer to Berri and provide a great experiences for the master bike rider to the novice. Access 4WD or 2WD in dry conditions. Facilities, long-drop toilets. Campfires allowed (seasonal fire restrictions apply). Sites are unpowered and pets are not permitted.
Campsite 1 is suitable for tents and camper trailers and is located along the Murray River with water access for canoe launch. Partial shade cover, bare flat ground. Site has a fire pit. 2WD access in dry conditions.
