OPEN TO GENERAL PUBLIC ON WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SA SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Tents, camper trailers and vans all welcome - camping fields are unpowered and no designated sites. Owned and operated by Scouts SA. Best suited to families with kids aged 5-15 as camping fee includes outdoor adventure activities (note tube slide operates weekends and public holidays only). Basecamps have flushing toilets, hot showers, sinks, BBQs, undercover dining and power. No fridges, stove/oven or microwave. Close to townships with supermarkets, pubs, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Seasonal shared campfire circles plus fire drums available - BYO wood or available to purchase at reception. Pet-free site.
