Hills Sculpture Trail
Day Use AreaDescription
Discover world class sculptures on the 'Hills Sculpture Trail'.
It is a journey of discovery that winds through the rolling landscape of the stunning Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula, linking towns and regions, art and people, nature and beauty.
The sculptures were crafted by master sculptors from all corners of the world during the Adelaide Hills International Sculpture Symposiums in 2012, 2014 and 2016.
They carved their dreams in stone as they ground, chipped, chiselled and polished under the gum trees at The Cedars, Hahndorf. Visitors who came to watch were inspired.
This lasting legacy of 26 sculptures is a tribute to the amazing vision, support, collaboration and generosity of the people of the Hills communities. It could not have been done without them.
The development of the Trail has been made possible by a matched funding grant from Regional Development Australia awarded to the Adelaide Hills, Mt Barker and Alexandrina Councils and AHISS.
This free day use area offers toilets and drinking water. It is dog friendly.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.
