Description

This roadside rest area is located on the Stuart Highway in Waikerie and is accessible to vehicles travelling in both directions. Whilst overnight stays in rest areas are a genuinely acceptable method for fatigue management, stays longer than 24 hours are not encouraged. Facilities at this rest area include: Toilets, free cold showers, picnic tables, and rubbish bins. This is a combined truck and car rest area. Please do not park in the truck parking area and ensure there is plenty of room for trucks to enter and exit the site and to park and take their mandatory rest.
