Henry Fisher Distillery specialises in Premium Small Batch Spirits using the finest, fresh, Australian ingredients available. Situated on Maude st in Encounter Bay right on the door step of the Great Southern Ocean, Henry Fisher was established in late 2020 by founder Lachlan Henry Fisher Rochfort in the aim of producing a World Class Spirit range. In the short time of operation Lachlan has produced a Citrus, Dry and Shiraz Gin, a Vodka, a Spiced Rum style drink and recently his first Single Malt Whisky.
