Kersbrook Forest Mt Gawler road
There are currently 6 existing MTB trails which have been rebuilt overtime and maintained after the Sampson Flat bushfire in 2015. There are currently 5 downhill tracks with the trail head being the top carpark at the cross road of Mt Gawler Road and Airstrip Road, Kersbrook. There are 2 climbs back to the top of the trail head, the fastest but less scenic is straight up fire road https://www.trailforks.com/trails/mg23/
The XC climb (Dead Man's Climb) is 2.37km long with 98m of elevation climbing goodness; it starts off fire road https://www.trailforks.com/trails/mg23/ approx 50m south of the intersection of fire road

Mt Gawler Long is still closed after the bushfires.
