New gin distillery opened in 2022. Lovely paired gin and food tasting in a beautiful spot in Sevenhill in Clare Valley. Owners husband and wife team are gin maker and chef. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Look out for the adorable four-legged chief of security, Henry, pats are a must! Recommend the Gypsy gin and the Korean fried chicken, both delicious!
