Ecopia was created with the environment in mind! From the ground up, with every bit of the design and build we had an eco approach front and centre. The land was not cleared. We did not disturb any native vegetation. We chose the sites for the Eco Villas based on how we could ‘sink’ them into the natural environment, harvest solar energy and maximise views. A solar-passive architectural design, created by the rammed-earth walls, double-glazed windows and simple eco principles. Ecopia is completely off-grid – using solar power and pure rainwater. We carefully curated an experience with zero to minimal footprint, yet in luxury! The property offers exclusive use of three bespoke luxury retreats – two Eco Villas and the Ecopia Residence – providing guests with front row seats to one of Kangaroo Island’s most covetable wilderness escapes.
