Description

Located in the heart of the Barossa's iconic Seppeltsfield Road precinct, The Villas - Barossa provide the perfect home for exploring the nearby cellar doors, premium dining experiences and gin distillery and for walking or cycling in the stunning natural environment. The Villas offer beautiful, environmentally sensitive accommodation in a striking bush setting. Reflecting the region's agricultural roots, The Villas harmonise unique architectural design with simplicity and warmth, creating a peaceful, secluded Barossa retreat. Comfy lounge, French linen sheets, soak tub - inside, The Villas provide a relaxed, intimate space. The decision will be hard to make - explore all that the Barossa has to offer, or curl up with a book, take time to reflect and lose yourself for a while? Perhaps all of the above!! A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with abundant local produce for you to prepare your breakfast, and there are excellent breakfast options in nearby cafes. The Villas are bathed in light, from the first rays of sunrise streaming through the floor to ceiling glass to stunning sunsets retreating to the west. The beautiful natural landscape integrates seamlessly with the restful interiors of The Villas, offering a true bush retreat. Set along a ridgeline with elevated views, The Villas take advantage of their unique location. The native Australian bush stretches out beyond the rear decks, with magpies and kookaburras offering their unique songs, and galahs and swallows providing an aerial display. On the front deck you'll feel as if you are in the treetops, with wide open space in front of you, and distant views to our neighbours, vineyards and olive groves. It's a perfect location for cheese, wine and rocking chairs. The Villas are located in the tiny village of Marananga, at the start of Seppeltsfield Road's iconic avenue of palms, arguably one of the most beautiful areas of the Barossa. Within easy walking distance are five cellar doors, a gin distillery and an award-winning restaurant . A drive along Seppeltsfield Road will wind you through the vineyards of the western Barossa, home to renowned wineries including Whistler Wines, Seppeltsfield, Tscharke and Torbreck as well as an intriguing number of small batch wine producers. Seppeltsfield Road is also home to some of the Barossa's most exceptional culinary experiences - Fino, Appellation at the Louise and Hentley Farm Restaurant.
