Fickle Break Farm is a 28 acre coastal property in Sandford that we love to share with likeminded people visiting. Check out more photos on Instagram @ficklebreakfarm We are 30 mins from Hobart, 15-20 mins from the airport, with access to beautiful walking trails and bike riding trails and the best beaches in Hobart. We have a compost toilet with water views and a hot outdoor rain shower! We have plenty of space for you to pitch a tent, car, or caravan and enjoy the beautiful surrounding bush and farmland and views to Mt Wellington. There's 6 completely flat large flat pads for caravans and lots of other spots for tents and swags. We have individual fire drums you can move around (BYO firewood at this stage) , sheltered shed space with a couch and table tennis table next to the camp site. The campsite also has a large trampoline, swings and lots of farm animals for kids to play with (bunnies, Guinea pigs, mini goats, chickens, dogs, horses). Dogs welcome if they get along with other dogs and are not a threat to young children, and if they are contained so they don't run next door to the working sheep farm. You're welcome to feed and play with the animals and you'll get fresh farm eggs while you stay with us. You're welcome to bring bikes to check out the trails nearby or to ride around the farm and through our Mtn track. We are a young family of 4 with two little babies who love visitors! Come and stay! Please drive slowly up the long dirt driveway as we have free range kids, animals and loads of wildlife! **** We prefer if you make an official booking through Hipcamp ahead of time in peak summer season.
