Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management (Bellarine Bayside) is the appointed Committee of Management formed by the Victorian Government in 1994 to manage foreshore Crown land reserves on the northern Bellarine Peninsula from Point Richards in Portarlington to Beach Rd in St Leonards. Due to Crown Land activity, they consider themselves a camping option rather than a 'caravan park' option as this area is not owned by an individual entity.
