Cann River Rainforest Campground is nestled on the banks of the Cann River. Located right on the Princes Highway, Cann River Rainforest Campground is perfect for stopovers and getting back on the road again.
There are numerous secluded and spacious camp sites to choose from. The park also provides a separate wheelchair access amenities building.
Camping at the park is free until further notice.
Pets are welcome.
The following conditions apply:
Camp grounds are for temporary stopover camping, up to 48 hours only.
There is only basic utilities in the amenities block.
Cold water only onsite.
No powered sites available.
No fires on campsites
The park also has drive-through sites to accommodate mobile homes and for those choosing not to un-hitch their caravan or camper for the night.
You can stretch your legs along the rainforest walking track at the rear of the park and listen to the exchange of rings from the resident Bell Bird colony.
