Description

Located in the Lower Glenelg National Park, beside the Glenelg River, Forest Camp North has three sites. The camping site offers vehicle access, pit toilet, tank water (treat before using) and access to jetty. Boat launching facilities are not available. Shared table and fireplace. Sites are unpowered and suitable for one camper-trailer, one large tent or a couple of smaller tents. 4WD is advisable. All campsites in the park must be booked and fees apply. Campfires are permitted in the fireplaces provided except on days of Total Fire Ban or high fire danger. Fireplaces may be shared between campsites. Fallen, dry firewood can be collected in the park but it is recommended that campers bring firewood with them. No pets.
