Jimmy Creek Campground is located in an open forest adjacent to the upper Wannon River. This campground is halfway between Halls Gap and Dunkeld, and is a great base for exploring both the Southern and Eastern Grampians.
The campground is located 28km south of Halls Gap on the Grampians Tourist Road; this road is sealed and suitable for all vehicles.
Advance bookings and payment are required year round. Bookings are for designated sites and are charged per campsite.
There are 13 sites suitable for tent-based camping with adjacent vehicle parking, 4 drive-in sites suitable for caravans and campervans, and 4 drive-in sites suitable for camper-trailers, caravans and campervans. Each site at Jimmy Creek Campground accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Sites are unpowered.
Facilities include non-flush toilets, a bush shower, shared fireplaces and shared picnic tables. No drinking water supplied; limited non-potable water may be available from a seasonal rainwater tank and river-fed campground taps. There is no rubbish collection at this campground, please take all rubbish with you.
Campfires are only allowed in designated fireplaces - supply your own wood.
Pets are not permitted.
