The Quarry Reserve, Briagolong
CampgroundDescription
This bush reserve is popular for camping and includes a swimming hole, shelters, seating, walking tracks and toilets. Camp maintenance contributions are accepted and can be made at either the Briagolong General Store or the Briagolong Hotel or by collection on site if caretakers are available. Camp bookings are not taken and operates on a first-in-first-served basis. The reserve is managed by a Committee of Management.
A maximum stay of up to 3 weeks in any 6 month period is allowed.
Sites are unpowered and toilets are available.
There is a strict noise curfew of 10pm which includes generators. No extended generator use is allowed at any time.
Dogs are permitted and expected to be kept under control at all times.
Fires in designated fireplaces only. No cutting down trees or removal of vegetation.
No trail or mini bikes usage within the reserve.
Bins on site for all rubbish.
The Reserve has now a sun safe play area with new shade sails covering our modern playground now making an ideal location for families.
