Welcome to the Greta Recreation Reserve, we hope you enjoy your stay as you enjoy local wineries and other local attractions, or just relax !!
Volunteers of the Reserve Committee request a nominal camping donation of $12 per night. Please place in the donation box or directly transfer funds to :
Greta Sports Complex. BSB 803 070 Acc 83983s18.
Camp fees and donations assist our volunteers in ongoing maintenance and development of the camping area.
In competitive seasons our sporting groups, Greta Football Netball Club and Greta Cricket Club have regular Thursday evening meals in the club rooms. Club members would like to extend an invitation to all Visitors to join them for refreshments and a meal when hosted.
Site Facilities and Rules :
Please camp in the designated area only.
We are dog friendly, but please keep dogs off the sports oval.
Sport is actively undertaken with the Reserve year round.
Water within the Reserve is sourced from bore and rain water; as supply is limited please refrain from washing vehicles, caravans and camper trailers.
Please use the toilets (including disabled toilet) on site map.
Note the toilets and hall immediately adjacent to camping area are in very poor condition and not accessible.
No waste dump point within the Reserve.
Please remove all rubbish.
The reserve is security monitored.
No open fires.
