When we plan a group getaway with friends, space, where we all come together, is on the top of our list. CAPRI HOUSE has the ultimate kitchen entertaining space to hang out in. In winter our group snuggles up in the leather lounge in front of the roaring fire, watching movies and chatting about life. For fresh air and exercise, we walk across the road to a track through the sand dunes. This takes us to Rye Ocean Beach and we watch the surfers mastering the waves. Walking the length of the beach we watch the waves crash against the shore. It’s so invigorating to experience the power of the sea air. Its always relaxing reconnecting with nature. For dinner or lunch, we head to St Andrew’s Beach Brewery and its busy vibe. Book one of the old horse stables for your group getaway experience and try a paddle of beer. The best coffee can be found at Hunter Cafe and Store in the small set of shops at Dundas Street a 15-minute walk away.
