Mount Dandenong Hotel is open 7 days, and Kelly's Tavern and Pig & Whistle are also right nearby and open daily - you'll hardly need your car. However you will want, we're sure, to visit the villages of Olinda and Sassafras and even meander out to the Yarra Valley. Wifi? Of course. Coffee machine? Of course. Generous breakfast provisions, including eggs, are provided for your first 2 nights. There is a minibar too - just need a little cash for that (but there is an ATM at the IGA bottle shop).
