Description

The main living room is open plan - dining, big comfy leather couches, huge TV (with Netflix), a beautifully equipped kitchen, all cooking facilities and espresso machine. The adjacent laundry holds a large fridge as well as full laundry facilities. The lounge room opens to a beautiful deck with glass railings looking out into the trees. Three comfortable bedrooms with queen beds. The master suite is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom, a gas log fire and a pair of french doors opening onto the stone steps out to the garden. Bedrooms on the upper level have queen beds and include a shared full bathroom with a bath. Upstairs is an attic room which offers an office space and a sofa bed at a small additional cost. The majestic rain forest style garden will beg you to get out into nature to enjoy the birdsong. Lots of walking trails from this property - leading you to walk to Kallista where you might want to enjoy breakfast, lunch or endless treats and ecclectic shops - about 10 minutes walk. For the more energetic you can follow the Sassafras Creek trail to Sassafras village (which is just 6 minutes by car) or walk up to Olinda (again a short distance by car). Nathania Springs, Poets Lane, Marybrooke and Lyrebird Falls wedding receptions are all close by. This is a wonderful property to enjoy the unique blend of nature, nurture and a wonderful getaway. Or share it with family and friends for a wedding, a family celebration - or just treat yourself - you deserve this! WiFi access is included. PLEASE NOTE: The lighting of wood burning fires in properties will be prohibited from the beginning of the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home If there is no wood and kindling provided at your property, it will be because of this policy. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime.
