Description

Picnic rest area designated for waterskiing on a small lake in Dunn's Rock Nature Reserve. Room for 1-2 small vehicles. Large or high vehicles will scrape overhanging trees on the way in. Quite firm sandy track in is suitable for 2wd and I imagine would dry out quickly after rain. No signs about camping. One picnic table and no other facilities. Some shade trees. Sign says waterskiing only when the water is significantly higher than I saw it, and the low water looked unpleasantly murky for swimming. Please be fully self contained, take all rubbish with you, and no dogs. This is a nature reserve and un-maintained site.
