Description

National Parks are now managing the Warroora Coast. Bookings are essential and can be made via DBCAs ONLINE CAMPGROUND BOOKING SYSTEM, https://parks.dpaw.wa.gov.au/site/warroora-coast. For further details please contact DBCA Exmouth 08 9947 8013. There are no toilets at any of the campgrounds and visitors must bring a portable chemical toilet or hire one from the homestead. Warroora Station offers wilderness camping on white sand beaches that you have only ever seen in photos and movies. Step out of your caravan, motorhome or tent onto the white sands, then just a few steps to the warm blue water. We have only non powered camp sites. This is wilderness camping with no facilities. We are open all year round. Due to the fragile nature of this unique environment we ask that you observe the following: - You must be fully self sufficient with all your needs for your stay as no facilities or shops are provided. - Travel slowly for safety reasons for yourselves, for the protection of the wildlife in its natural habitat and for the livestock. Please let your tyres down to save the tracks. - Bring with you a chemical toilet and dispose of contents in the special chemical toilet stations provided on the property. You can hire toilets for $10 per day or $50 per week, from the Homestead. - Bring all your own wood or purchase from the Homestead (please do not collect on Warroora) if you intend on having a campfire. Dogs are permitted and must be kept on a leash. There is no drinking water available within the reserve. Make sure you carry enough water for drinking and washing for the duration of your visit. Access for high-clearance 4WD vehicles with low-range gears only. Reduce tyre pressure for soft sand access track. No facility to reinflate tyres on exit. Elle's Beach is pure magic (4WD's needed) with its close proximity to 'Maggies', the most amazing coral gardens of the World Heritage Ningaloo Reef it
