Early Settler Cemetery 1911
Point of InterestDescription
This is a point of interest.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.
Early Settler Cemetery 1911 - just north of Lake Raeside
The cemetery is enclosed with a fence and has a large entry gate.
To the left of the gate is a row of 13 plaques placed there be volunteers from Outback Grave Markers.
To the right are 2 grave sites, one with a metal fence around is unmarked and the other is the grave site of a husband and wife. We walked through the cemetery and found a further 2 graves over in the back left corner, 1 surrounded by an enclosed fence and the other a metal surround, 1 lady & 1 man.
