The Observatory Guest House is a small family owned and operated Bed and Breakfast conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Busselton Western Australia, just 150 meters from the sparkling shores of Geographe Bay and we are the nearest B&B to the Busselton jetty!. The Observatory Guesthouse is a non-smoking property and is adult only (18+) We offer a well-appointed 4 star (self-rated) bed and breakfast accommodation in quiet peaceful surroundings with hotel style refinements. The Observatory Guesthouse offers five ensuite rooms, three of them have Queen Size beds, 1 room has a king size bed and one room has two single beds and is disabled friendly. All Queen and king rooms are located on the first floor together with a balcony for use by the guests. Our twin room is located on the ground floor. Our cheerful and spacious rooms offer flat screen digital TV, DVD player, complementary bottled water on arrival, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, private Shower & Ensuite, fluffy Sheridan towels, bar fridge, reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, a well-stocked hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits, free wireless internet access and much, much more. The décor in each bedroom has been carefully planned to make your stay all the more enjoyable.
