Six rammed earth chalets, (each two bedroom, two bathroom) look over an 18 acre lake, next to forests of karri, marri and jarrah. The spacious chalets are recently renovated with high quality kitchens and comfortable beds that should ensure you will sleep soundly at night. They are well appointed and all feature original art work by artist Bernadette Curtin. All chalets have reverse air conditioning, large televisions with free to air satellite service and DVD players. There is lots of room to relax on leather sofas in the sitting rooms or on the chalet terrace overlooking the lake. All rooms in the chalet open onto the terrace. A laundry has 2 front loading washing machines, 2 condenser dryers and a laundry sink for use by guests. Walk on trails following the Bramley Brook through karri forest or take the path around the lake next to horses and sheep grazing on the 350 acre property. Enjoy a swim in the lake, play tennis on our two plexipave courts or have a game of golf on the 9 hole course. Pack your pushbikes - the Wadandi track is minutes away. Set your own pace - this is a tranquil place but with very active bird and kangaroo populations! Groups are our specialty. Tanah Marah is ideal for weddings, family get togethers, corporate events and many other types of gatherings with a commercial kitchen and venue area available for lease.
