Near River Crossing
CampgroundDescription
30m North of the river crossing, a small track heads east (turns off to the right). An elevated shady campsite with 3 generous spaces separate from each other with permanent fire pits and tables. One sheltered area, and one bush dunny. Suitable for camper trailers and tents. Safer than camping by river as crocodiles spotted in river both sides of the crossing.
A permit is needed from Northern Land Council to access this aboriginal land.
