Roe Lookout
Point of InterestDescription
360 degree vista of wheat fields on the Roe Plateau. Situated approximately 8kms from Narembeen and named after John Septimus Roe, Surveyor General who led an expedition eastwards from York in October 1836. The lookout is situated on one of the many rock cairns in the area.
Gravel road in is in good condition. Last 150 metres up is steep and unsuitable for caravans. Feel free to park at the bottom and take a leisurely walk to the top of the lookout.
No camping or overnight parking.
